Kala Sangam, Bradford’s Intercultural Arts Centre, is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team.

It is an exciting time to be joining Kala Sangam. As well as delivering high quality, engaging marketing content to support our ongoing activity, you will be involved in supporting a major Capital redevelopment of our building, a full organisation rebranding, and the company’s planning and delivery for City of Culture in 2025.

This is a great opportunity for an early career marketing professional to expand their skills and experience, working to promote a wide range of cultural and commercial events and building diverse, loyal audiences. 

Supporting the Marketing & Programme Manager, the Marketing Officer will be responsible for maintaining our social media profiles and website, creating print and digital marketing assets, and setting up and running Box Office for events. They will also support the Marketing & Programme Manager in delivery of our strategic marketing plans – such as our rebrand.

We are looking for someone with a passion for promoting and supporting arts and cultural events, who is proactive and confident in taking the initiative and managing multiple tasks and timelines. A proven ability to write engaging copy and social media content is essential.
