Creative Arts Workshops

Kala Sangam delivers workshops in many diverse styles of music and dance as well as a variety of visual arts disciplines. These creative arts workshops are fun as well as being informative – participants will have the opportunity to improve their skills in, and gain greater understanding of, your chosen art form.

Prices vary according to the art form, materials, artist(s), number of students and length of time required.  KS Education packages are flexible and we can work with any budget to create a exciting and informative workshop for your students.

 

Music

Through our music workshops students will gain a greater understanding of a variety of musical styles and traditions. Participants will also learn about the technicalities of how music is created and produced. We offer the following music workshops:

Instrumental / vocal / percussion / world fusion / Djng.

Dance

Our Dance workshops encourage students to lead a healthy lifestyle and promote positive attitudes to physical activity. We can offer any of the following styles of dance:

Classical Indian / Bollywood / South Asian folk dance including Bhangra / contemporary dance

 

Visual Arts

By participating in any of our Visual Arts workshops students will gain experience in a variety of artistic techniques and have the opportunity to produce their own creative work. Visual arts workshops we can offer include:

Calligraphy / glass painting / a variety of textile techniques / mosaics / jewellery making / sculptures / murals / graffiti
