From lowering stress levels to improving posture, yoga has lots of health benefits and we are delighted that classes are returning to Kala Sangam this year.
Open to everyone, from complete beginners to those with more experience this ten week course, taught by Jas Chatta, will help you make Yoga a part of your daily life. Even if you haven’t exercised in a while and can’t touch your toes or just need to refresh your practice, this class is a great way to get healthier and more flexible in 2020.
Spaces are limited so please call/email to book your space and we ask you to kindly bring your bring own mat as we have a limited supply.
