Mixed ability dance classes in partnership with Dance For Life and International Mixed Ability Sports

 

6pm – 7pm

Starting Monday 16 April 

Everyone is welcome regardless of ability or disability!

Open to all ages

 

Mixed ability is about:

Health and happiness

Equal participation

Inclusion and equality

Membership and belonging

Breaking down barriers

 

“The Mixed Ability Model encourages social inclusion by removing barriers to participation for people who feel unable to join mainstream grassroots clubs or groups due to physical or mental health issues, size, shape, age, disability, prolonged inactivity, or a perception of “not being good enough”.

 

 

£5 per class / £3.50 with a Bradford Leisure Card (Passport to Leisure)

Come to 9 classes and the 10th is free!
