Kala Sangam 23rd March 2019
Humanising Exhibition

Biasan – Humanising

Exhibition Launch

Thursday 30 May – 5pm

Exhibition runs until Thursday 11 July

Bringing together members of BIASAN (Bradford Immigration and Asylum Support and Advice Network) this exhibition humanises refugees and asylum seekers rather than showing them as victims.

Challenging perceptions and media stereotypes about immigrants and asylum seekers, Humanising asks the viewer to think about the people behind the images as they reveal their emotions, mental health and wellbeing as well as showcasing the positive contributions the community makes to British society.

Free entry – please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
