Learn 2 Gain, an innovative training and development programme was delivered by Kala Sangam through the funding support of the European Social Fund (ESF), Neighborhood Renewal Fund (NRF), Arts Council of England and Bradford Council. Learn 2 Gain enrolled 86 learners (young people, adults, artists) from diverse communities to deliver a coherent creative skills development programme aimed to improve confidence, artistic capability, improve existing jobs and to impact social and economic regeneration. The programme was delivered through:
1) Accredited training for communities through OCN Level 1 and 2.
2) Skills development programme for emerging artists.
3) Work experience opportunities.
